Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements due to postal delays.  We do ship all of our products through USPS Priority Ground, which generally will arrive in 1 to 3 business days.  However, on rare occasions, postal delays can occur which are outside of our control.  Your package is insured, but only for undelivered or damaged packages.

We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package immediately. If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the problem. We may also require the item to be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement. Any fraudulent claims will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
