Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements due to postal delays.  We ship all our products via UPS Ground, which typically arrives in 1 to 3 business days.  However, on rare occasions, postal delays may occur that are beyond our control.  Your package is insured, but only for undelivered or damaged packages.

We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package immediately. If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear high-quality, photographic evidence of the problem. You are also required to keep the item and the packaging for a postal inspector to file a claim. Any fraudulent claims will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

We currently ship only through UPS Ground, as all other forms have either been unreliable or too expensive.  UPS Ground is insured and tracked, but 2- or 3-day delivery is not guaranteed.  Below is the current representation of expected delivery dates based on current conditions as advertised by UPS.
