What a classic, light & refreshing way to enjoy your meal. Our cream puffs are made with our hand made Pâte à choux and a light, creamy filling made with mascarpone cheese. Mascarpone is a soft Italian acid-set cream cheese.
Our cream puffs are sold in packs of 4. A minimum order of 12 is required. Smaller quantities are available at Heritage Market in Fincastle. We recommend you call Heritage Market in advance to ensure availability.
