Eclairs

Description

Eclairs are a classic French pastry.  We make our choux puffs fresh, so it is never frozen.  The pastry cream is made from scratch, as always nothing from a can.  The chocolate ganache is made fresh with chocolate chips and fresh cream.  Our eclairs are always a crowd pleaser.
